Yesterday the Mayor took Boookie and Ela with him to a job site.  They were wonderful company for the 4 hour round trip.  Dinner and Playplace at McDonalds and then all participated in band practice on the drive back.  The Mayor was on vocals and the two in the back seat alternated on air drums and air guitar.

Burpees!

One of our favorite CrossFit movements is the burpee, demonstrated here with varying degrees of correctness by the three youngest residents.
