Almost Halloween

Progress on the remodel is continuing at a rapid pace. Here is the glistening concrete levelling course (shower pan was also installed this weekend). Drywall, mud, paint, and then plumbing fixtures are in the near future, with November 9 as the target date to have the work done and permits closed out!

The Mayor was able to get the Bunker to a final permit state, which meant that after 3 long months, the boys could unpack their stuff.

It is hard to describe the joy that was expressed as beloved toys were rediscovered.

 After 3 months, the rattling sound of Danish plastic once again fills the smials at Michael Delving.

October Update

Sunday before last was moving day for "Gonzo," the black cottonwood tree that sprouted in a flowerpot on our porch.

Friday was Hipparella's birthday so we had a stuffed animal party to celebrate our pink hippo.
