A new triple bunk bed!

The new bunkbed awaits a few more pieces and shelves, then final sanding and staining. Excitement is definitely building for the new and improved bunker.

Spring Cleaning

Facemasks have replaced winter coats by the front door.

The Mayor's quick 25-minute weekly Costco run is very much a thing of the past.

Seimi and Eejee are maintaining friendship with the kids across the street from a safe distance.

Inside, dinnertime has become a daily highlight and the Mayor looks forward to cooking up deliciousness.

We've been taking advantage of the stretches of good weather to clean out and organize the basement. Eejee is demonstrating here his calm and peaceful energy as he contemplates getting rid of old clothes and toys to make way for the new and improved Bunker.

We're still here, enjoying the blustery start of spring.

The hobbitlings have been taking advantage of the warm days to dream of summer.

Ela led the charge on clearing out the front flower beds and planting wildflowers.

Boookie got a gaming headset and has enjoyed being able to talk with his friends while sailing the virtual open seas.

We did a huge spring cleaning of the bunker and cleared out lots of toys to be passed on to others. The only item that was requested to be documented was this small red football, which Eejee wanted on the blog.

March ended with a beautiful hailstorm.

Ela and Seimi noticed some drainage issues in the backyard, so they went out in the pouring rain and fixed the problem. Hurray!

We recently started using a new device in our house, called the "Mind Grapes Board." Anytime someone has a random thought/question/discussion topic on their "Mind Grapes", it gets put up on the board, then answered. It's great fun!
