It's official - 89.1 KODO FM Proudfoot Radio is now up and running (FOTR fans will recognize the nod to Odo Proudfoot). The Mayor wanted to install a whole-house sound system to be able to enjoy his extensive musical library. The more he looked at systems, the more complicated and expen$ive things looked. He then changed his Google search to "cheap whole house audio." Good old FM radio was the universal answer. The Mayor purchased an awesome little FM transmitter from
C Crane Company which he can plug into the computer to broadcast to a 200-foot radius. It plugs in for use at Michael Delving but also takes 2-AA batteries. Paired with an iPod Nano, it makes for a perfect road trip music experience.
The clan all piled into She-be car on Sunday afternoon after church to go on a drive. They hadn't been on a just-for-fun drive since before Boookie was born. The North Cascades Highway was the route, and it was a beautiful day for a drive.
We stopped several times to play.
