Happy Birthday Ela!

The Mayor left work a little bit early and took the hobbitlings somewhere to celebrate Ela's birthday.  That place turned out to be Golden Gardens and it was a lovely afternoon of fun in the sun at the beach.

We played at a stream that comes down across the beach, including "Poo Sticks" (a game that Winnie the Pooh invented).

We also played around the stream for a long while, redirecting the channel for the stream and then watching the stream meander across the beach.

Ela picked a bunch of daisies and put them in a beautiful shell.
