Permits

The Mayor asked Seimi if he wanted to come along to City Hall and then Home Depot. Seimi asked what City Hall was, and the Mayor explained it was an office building. Seimi asked what we were getting at City Hall and the Mayor explained that we were getting permits, which are pieces of paper. Seimi followed up (trying to figure out why he should be interested in coming along), "Sooooo, do I get to color the paper?"
